Three CBC Advisors Agents Take Top Honors
SALT LAKE CITY (March 16, 2015)– More than 400 business leaders gathered at The Grand America Hotel for the 2015 Excellence Awards presented by the Utah CCIM Chapter. The premier annual event showcases top performers, superior service, innovative ideas, and design within the commercial real estate sector.
“Our local Utah CCIM Chapter has developed a rigorous and thorough criteria set to evaluate the sharpest minds in commercial real estate,” said Lew Cramer, CEO and President of CBC Advisors. “CCIM Excellence Awards have become a crucial standard for measuring success within the Utah market.”
The Utah CCIM Chapter board of directors reviewed applications from award candidates, narrowing the field to three finalists in each category. Frontrunners were then placed on a ballot that was distributed to a distinguished group of over 100 business, civic, government, and industry leaders for final review and vote.
CBC Advisors received top honors with three representatives receiving awards. Stuart Thain received his third consecutive Retail Broker of the Year award. Brandon Fugal received Office Broker of the Year once again after winning the award in both 2013 and 2012. Steve White received his first Excellence Award by winning Property Manager of the Year.
Adding to its historic night, CBC Advisors swept the Retail Broker of the Year category for a second straight year with all three finalists coming from the agency. The trio comprised Steve Bowler, Cameron Simonsen, and Thain. CBC Advisors’ Jarrod Hunt became the first Utah County-based commercial real estate agent selected as a finalist for an Excellence Award.
