Retail Building Sells for $1.6 Million in Phoenix

CBC Advisors Brokered the Transaction

Phoenix, AZ (September 6, 2017) — Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced the sale of a former Fresh and Easy building for $1.6 million at 1960 W Baseline Road in Phoenix, AZ. Jason Fessinger, executive managing partner, and Kalen Rickard, executive vice president of CBC Advisors in Phoenix, brokered the sale.

“This was the perfect connection between a buyer and a seller,” said Fessinger. “The buyer had been looking for a stand-alone retail building to place their business when this opportunity presented itself and we were able to place the two together.”

The property, situated on a 2.5-acre lot on Baseline Road in the Mountain Pavilion subdivision, was bought by Park Southern of Phoenix from Em-50 UAV SL6CO of San Francisco. At one story and 13,703 square feet, the former supermarket building was built in 2008 and fronts directly on Baseline, the main arterial road in South Phoenix.
