One Sandy Center Sold in Off-Market Transaction

Salt Lake City (January 11, 2017) —Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced that Chris Kirk, managing director, and Travis Yates, vice president, brokered the off-market sale of One Sandy Center. Kirk and Yates represented both parties in the transaction. Peregrine Realty Partners also selected The Kirk and Yates Team at CBC Advisors to serve as leasing agents for the building.

Peregrine Realty Partners purchased the building. The company is a West Coast-based commercial real estate firm founded in 2009 and is new to the Utah market. The organization specializes in multi-tenant office and industrial properties throughout Southern California, while it maintains a focus in asset and advisory services on behalf of individual high-net-worth investors and institutional capital partners.

In addition to a mixture of surrounding amenities, One Sandy Center is located within close proximity to I-15 with entry from both 9000 South and 10600 South exits. Transit alternatives also allow access to nearby Trax and FrontRunner stations. The University of Utah severs as the building’s anchor tenant.
