Mary Street Recognized Among 30 Women to Watch

Utah Business Magazine Acknowledges Most Influential Women in Business

Salt Lake City (May 10, 2017) — Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced that Mary Street, vice president of land and investment sales at CBC advisors, was honored amongst Utah Business Magazine’s 30 Women to Watch. Each year, Utah Business recognizes Utah’s most noteworthy female professionals and business community leaders at their 30 Women to Watch event and in an issue of Utah Business Magazine. The event will be held on May 17 at The Grand America Hotel.

Throughout Mary’s real-estate career, she has worked at local, county and state levels promoting effective land-use policies to support economic and community development.

Mary consistently performs in the top percentage of brokers in Utah and holds several positions within distinguished affiliations, including Orem City councilwoman, vice chair of the Orem City Planning Commission, member of the Governor’s Commission on Aging, member of Envision Utah board of directors, member of Women’s Business Network of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce and member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Recently, Mary completed over 60 commercial real-estate transactions in 2016, averaging almost 1.5 transactions per week. Mary and her husband, Bill, make up the CBC Advisors Street team, which is well known for its commitment to volunteerism.

Mary recently earned her Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) designation to elevate her skill set. “I want all the tools available to help my clients maximize the value of their endeavors,” said Street.
