Last Course Opens at Regent Street

CBC Advisors Represents Landlord in the Transaction

Salt Lake City (February 8, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced that Cameron Simonsen, executive vice president of retail and investment, and Brittany Ferris, retail specialist, brokered a lease placing Last Course on Regent Street. Simonsen and Ferris represented the landlord, City Creek Reserve, Inc., in the transaction.

“We’re excited to have Last Course be the first tenant to open in this dynamic new development,” said Simonsen. “We look forward to announcing more stores opening in the upcoming months.”

Last Course is a local ice cream and dessert studio concept.

Regent Street is situated in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, adjacent to the Eccles Theater, 111 Main, Gallivan Center and City Creek, and within walking distance of Vivint Smart Home Arena, The Salt Palace and Temple Square.

Regent Street has the highest pedestrian traffic of any Salt Lake City midblock street – 265 people per hour. Through joint redevelopment by Salt Lake City’s Redevelopment Agency and City Creek Reserve, Regent Street has positioned itself at downtown’s intersection of discovery, connection, culture and convenience.

An early home to Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Swedish and other immigrants, Regent Street is once again a central location for commerce embedded in a growing urban environment. Last Course and more businesses soon to open on Regent Street are bringing back the buzz of its historic roots.
