CBC Advisors promotes New York leadership
New York City (January 23, 2018)—Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today named Jeffrey Rosenblatt principal in the firm’s New York Office. Rosenblatt is a 30-year commercial real estate veteran in Manhattan who has closed over 25 million square feet of transactions throughout his career.

Mr. Rosenblatt was the recipient of the “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for creating the Fashion Footwear Center at 1414 Avenue of the Americas. A leader within and outside the office, Rosenblatt led the CBC Advisors team to a championship win of the 2017 Commercial Real Estate Softball League.
