National Artists Management Company and Bevmax Office Center Finalize Long-term Leases
New York City (June 8, 2017) — Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) in New York announced that Jeffrey Rosenblatt, executive managing director, executed two long-term leases totaling over 17,530 square feet in excess of $10 million. Leases were finalized with National Artists Management Company and Bevmax Office Center into Midtown West.
Bevmax Office Centers signed a long-term lease on 5 Columbus Circle for 11,530 square feet with building owner Goodhope Management. The company has been at Columbus Circle for 10 years and this will be their fifth business center covering Manhattan. Rosenblatt represented both the tenant and the owner in the lease.
“Columbus Circle has become one of our most profitable Centers,” said Rick Feld, president of Bevmax. “We are thrilled to be further expanding our presence in the Columbus Circle submarket.”
In a separate transaction, Rosenblatt represented the National Artists Management Company in a long-term lease renewal at 1560 Broadway for its 6,000 square-foot occupied space. National Artists Management Company has been a tenant in the building for over 40 years and is a Broadway producer for entertainment productions including Chicago, Finding Neverland, Waitress, Gypsy, and Fiddler on the Roof.
“We looked into the market, but ownership was very cooperative and reached out to keep this long-term tenant,” said Rosenblatt.
