Downtown Salt Lake City Office Expands Brokerage Services Team
Salt Lake City (January 8, 2017) – Today Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) announced that Jackie Kingston has joined the firm’s office at 111 Main in Downtown Salt Lake City. Kingston will work in direct partnership with veteran broker Ryan Flint.
“Jackie brings tremendous experience to our rapidly growing brokerage team at 111 Main,” said Lew Cramer, CEO of CBC Advisors. “We look forward to Jackie’s contributions and leadership within our market and the market.”
Kingston joins CBC Advisors from Mountain West Commercial. She began her commercial real estate career in property management where she gained 12 years of experience. As vice president of operations, she and her team managed over 2 million square feet of commercial property, including office, warehouse, retail and multifamily. She developed and implemented a property management system that improved efficiency and productivity, substantially lowered costs and increased net profit by over 50%.
Kingston moved into real estate sales and leasing to better assist her clients. She feels that combining forces with Flint and Ian McMahan will open opportunities to serve all types of clients without losing the quality that compliments specializing.
“The 111 Main office has a very sophisticated atmosphere,” said Kingston. “CBC Advisors offers excellent tools in the market. I look forward to utilizing these exceptional resources to provide enhanced opportunity to the real estate community and my clients.”
