HealthRIGHT360 Signs Long Term 17,500-Square Foot Lease in Pasadena

CBC Advisors Fulfills 100% Leased Occupancies in Property on Foothill Boulevard

Pasadena, CA (December 13, 2017)—Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced that HealthRIGHT360 signed a long-term, 17,000-square foot lease at the office building on 2650 East Foothill Blvd. in Pasadena, CA, for an undisclosed rate.

HealthRIGHT 360, doing business as Prototypes, will relocate 88 employees, plus part-time psychologists, doctors and staff in April 2018. Prototypes will serve its surrounding communities with compassionate, integrated care that includes primary medical, mental health and substance-disorder treatment.
