March 24, 2016Jim McCoy, Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Advisors Miami, an independently owned and operated commercial real estate services company within the CBC Global network, announced today the strategic hiring of Fletcher Baldwin as Managing Director.

In his new role, Baldwin will focus on the purchase and sale of a range of investment properties and complex land development projects; with a concentration on the acquisition, development and disposition of land, and the investment sales of office assets. Additionally, Baldwin will work closely with senior leadership to grow CBC Advisor’s presence in the South Florida region.

Prior to joining CBC Advisors Miami, Baldwin worked at Keyes Commercial and Re/Max Commercial for six years. During the S&L Crisis, Baldwin was part of an acquisition team formed for the purpose of uncovering distressed real estate portfolio opportunities throughout the country. Baldwin has also parlayed his capital background into partnerships in a number of real estate projects throughout the Southeast U.S.

“Fletcher’s longstanding South Florida presence along with his diverse wealth of experience fit in well with the CBC Advisors Miami platform,” McCoy said. “As a full-service firm, our goal is to work with multi-dimensional individuals who can provide the most knowledgeable and well-rounded experience possible for our clients.”
