Salt Lake City (September 24, 2015) – Lew Cramer, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors), received the Nick Rose Private Sector Leadership Award at the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah.
“2015 will register as an unprecedented year for economic development in Utah,” said Brandon Fugal, Chairman of CBC Advisors. “Lew Cramer’s leadership within the private and public sectors plays a major role in that achievement.”

In less than a year, he doubled revenues and transformed the organization into the largest commercial real estate firm in the Intermountain West. He previously served as the founding President and CEO of World Trade Center Utah, tripling Utah exports from 6.1 billion dollars to 18.9 billion dollars during his 8-year tenure. Cramer is one of four Americans currently serving on the international board of directors at World Trade Centers Association and remains closely associated with World Trade Center Utah. His dedication to economic development in Utah has funneled hundreds of companies and thousands of jobs to various regions throughout the state.
“His expertise and knowledge afford Utah business many opportunities that otherwise would not be present,” said Fugal. “The economic development community is privileged to benefit from his superior leadership.”
