IREM Announces 2015 Awards
SALT LAKE CITY (December 9, 2015)– Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Utah Chapter, announced it has awarded Property Manger of the Year to Duncan Lambert, Director-Utah Region of the Asset Services Divsion of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors). For 80 years, IREM has set the standard for best practices in real estate management. The organization comprises an international community of real estate managers, which includes more than 18,000 individuals and 550 corporate members.

Lambert is a veteran in the commercial real estate management and construction industry with over 30 years of expertise. He currently oversees a team of professional asset managers in an expanding portfolio of commercial properties along the Wasatch Front and Southeast Idaho. He joined CBC Advisors in 2008 and has managed over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout his career. Duncan has managed initiatives exceeding $20 million of various tenant improvements and construction projects. He is a long time member of IREM, having served as President of the Utah Chapter. He currently serves on the Chapter’s executive committee.
