Smith’s To Open 123,000 SF Marketplace
Saint George, Utah (July 8, 2016)– Woodbury Corporation and Ball Ventures broke ground on the long-awaited Dinosaur Crossing project on Riverside Drive and Mall Drive in Saint George, Utah. Plans include 28 acres of commercial space for retail and multifamily development.

Smith’s Marketplace will serve as an anchor tenant for the property with the grocer opening a 123,000 square-foot-facility by Spring 2017. The location marks the 14th Smith’s Marketplace built in Utah. When complete, Dinosaur Crossing will bring more than 700 jobs to the region with Smith’s adding approximately 300 jobs to that total.
