To take advantage of continued growth in the Southern Utah commercial real estate market, Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s Utah Region Office (CBC) today announced that Senior Associate Troy Scheel will join Vice President Ray Rosenthal in mid-August in the full service brokerage firm’s office in St. George. Scheel will continue to pursue transactions in land, industrial and special facilities, and will align with Rosenthal on CBC’s listing of the largest industrial park in southern Utah and the St. George area, the Fort Pierce Industrial Park.
Scheel brings to the new position extensive experience working with CBC’s research, mapping, and graphics team. Since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT from CBRE in 2012, Scheel has achieved a successful record including the sale of the former Ultimate Electronics building in Layton, UT (33,400 square feet on 3.76 acres), a lease transaction of 28,600 square feet with 4 acres of yard to a national credit tenant, and the sale of industrial land in the fast growing area of southern Salt Lake county.
“This is an excellent opportunity for Troy to be part of our strategic growth in Southern Utah and to capitalize on the need for strong representation in the market by experienced professionals,” said Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s Utah Region COO Randy Owen. “The father and son team of Doug Scheel and Troy has been outstanding. Doug has mentored Troy and fostered the best in his son’s professional abilities. The two have been highly successful in closing numerous lease and sale transactions the past year along the Wasatch Front and will continue to work on team transactions throughout Utah.”
