Coldwell Banker Commercial® corporate today announced that Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC NRT) ranked number one among 200 offices for the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial® brand in North America. This is the tenth consecutive year that the local office has received this recognition. Utah’s commercial real estate market has been outpacing other states nationwide due to its pristine environment, hard-working employees, and pro-private sector sentiment and Jeff Edwards, president and CEO of EDCUtah, agrees. “Despite the recession, which many states nationwide are still feeling, Utah is inherently equipped to circumvent many economic obstacles,” said Edwards. “The state’s pro-business legislature combined with the most beautiful environment in the world to live, are key reasons why many of Utah’s top commercial real estate offices such as Coldwell Banker Commercial and their brokers have been able to thrive.”
“It is an honor to receive the top office award ten years running,” said Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Chief Operating Officer Randy Owen. “Brandon, Stuart and the entire Salt Lake City office have achieved the pinnacle of success among all the flourishing companies within the CBC network. Given today’s economy, we are very proud of these accomplishments.”
