The Anchorage, Alaska office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC) today announced its selection by Safeway Inc., one of today’s largest grocers in North America, to manage and provide full leasing efforts for seven shopping centers in three Alaskan cities: Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Dutch Harbor. The Safeway Inc. shopping center portfolio is comprised of approximately 1 million square feet of retail space and will include Safeway store or grocery affiliate as the anchor tenant at each shopping center location.
