Lew Cramer Remains CEO
Salt Lake City (July 6, 2016)– Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors), the largest and top-performing Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in the world, today named industry veteran Rob Cord President of CBC Advisors with Lew Cramer continuing to function as the firm’s CEO. Prior to the announcement, Cramer served as both president and CEO of CBC Advisors. In his new role, Cord will lead national expansion efforts while overseeing a growing Asset Services practice.

In his more than 26 years of diversified management experience, Cord served as managing director at Grubb & Ellis, overseeing 5 offices throughout San Francisco with 300 agents and nearly 500 total personnel. He was managing director at CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services, overseeing 200 professionals in three offices throughout the Sacramento Valley. He led teams that managed a 12-million-square-foot portfolio with Voit Real Estate, 19-million-square-foot portfolio in Northern California for Cassidy Turley, and a 14-million-square-foot portfolio for Kennedy Wilson.
Cord joined CBC Advisors in 2015 as President of the Asset Services division. Under his leadership, Asset Services tripled an expanding portfolio of properties to over 21 million square feet under management in less than a year.
