CBC Advisors Accelerates Southern California Growth

National Expansion Carries into Northwest Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (Apr. 19, 2016) Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors), the largest Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in the world, today announced commercial veteran Lee Black has joined the firm as Managing Principal. Black will play a crucial role in the expanding service offerings throughout Northwest Los Angeles as the firm opens a full-service commercial brokerage location in Woodland Hills and will work to expand CBC Advisors Corporate Services in the region.

“This is not simply introducing a local office, but part of something much bigger,” said Lew Cramer, President and CEO of CBC Advisors. “Lee represents both local institutional clients but also corporate clients with needs across the country. His advanced expertise in both areas aligns with CBC Advisors’ objective to build a regional platform of a multi-office operation in Southern California connected to our national CBC Advisors platform within the Coldwell Banker Commercial global network. We built a dominant regional company in the Intermountain West, and we are bringing this model to other major markets across the country.”

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Black has represented clients such as GTE/Verizon, LBA Realty, Sears, Amgen, Weyerhaeuser, Lockheed Martin, Regus and The Foursquare Church. He joins CBC Advisors after serving as Executive Managing Director at Cassidy Turley/DTZ in the greater Los Angeles area, where he led the expansion of project leasing regionally and acted as a key contributor to the national corporate services team. Mr. Black also spent three years at Newmark Knight Frank as Managing Principal and 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was continually recognized nationally as a top-producing broker.

“The agent-centric platform CBC Advisors has independently built within the Coldwell Banker Commercial worldwide brand is unique inasmuch as it allows for a quick and nimble approach to management,” said Black. “CBC Advisors has created the national footprint required to deliver value for client assets coast to coast. It is our goal to further strengthen that professional network and grow CBC Advisors in Southern California.”
