Borba Family Trust Sells Site
Inland Empire, CA (January 2, 2018) — Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced that one of their long-term family clients has sold its 3.9 acres of land at the northeast corner of Walnut Avenue and Central Avenue in Chino, California, for $3.1 million. Daniel Richards represented the seller in the transaction.
“We’ve worked with this particular family trust for over 15 years brokering various assets for them and it was a pleasure to represent them in this transaction,” said Richards, managing principal of CBC Advisors’ Ontario office in California’s Inland Empire. “We spent almost 3 years working with City Staff having this land re-zoned and approved for 72 units of senior housing. We typically try to maximize our client’s asset valuation and this represented our last effort for them in Chino. We continue to enhance value on other parcels throughout the Inland Empire for this client as well as a number of other parcels we have long-term client relationships with.”
