The two-story building sold for $4 Million, equating to a 4.6% cap rate and $544 per square foot. A local private investor purchased the 7,350 square-foot property.
The property is located near the historic Orange Circle location, adjacent to Wells Fargo. Hook represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.
