Tim Simonsen Brokered His 17th Cabela's Store
SALT LAKE CITY (April 25, 2016)–Tim Simonsen, Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors), brokered his 17th Cabela’s retail store. The newest Cabela’s is located at 391 N. Cabela’s DR, Farmington, Utah, and opened on April 21.
“It is such a privilege to work with such a prestigious retailer,” said Simonsen. “Farmington is the perfect location for Cabela’s in Utah and will continue to drive sales well into the future.”
The newly opened store in Farmington is the second store in Utah and one of 82 stores open worldwide. Cabela’s is the world’s foremost outfitter for hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor gear. The store was born in 1961 when Dick Cabela sold fishing flies he purchased while at a furniture show in Chicago. They’ve since grown with the first destination retail store in 1987 and currently operate destination retail stores across North America that range in size from 40,000 square feet to 247,000 square feet and feature museum-quality wildlife displays and large aquariums.
With Scott K. Williams newly appointed as President, and Tommy Millner, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Cabela’s continues to embrace the original philosophy that the customer is the primary focus, a philosophy instilled by company founders Jim and Dick Cabela. The company is a leading specialty omni-channel retailer of hunting, fishing, camping, shooting sports and related outdoor merchandise and has long been recognized as the World’s Foremost Outfitter.
