Jim Auther Brokers Two Lease Transactions

Irvine, CA (September 11, 2017) — Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors) today announced that Jim Auther, senior vice president of CBC Advisors in Irvine, brokered two lease transactions for national tenants Olive Garden, a $3.7 million lease consideration, in Santa Ana, CA and LA Fitness, a $6.4 million lease consideration, in San Bernardino, CA.

Olive Garden is open for business at its 8,170 square-foot restaurant space at 2791 North Main Street in Santa Ana. This marks the second Olive Garden transaction that Auther has closed within the past year — the previous, in Chino, CA, opened last November.

“This is my 15th transaction representing Olive Garden in southern California,” said Auther. “These two new restaurants showcase the latest designs and operational elements, ensuring that Olive Garden remains the premier casual Italian operator. Upon visit, these new prototypes will amaze guests.”

LA Fitness will open at the end of the year in its new 32,000 square-foot retail building at 4304 University Parkway in San Bernardino.

“This new 32,000 square-foot club replaces a vacated Staples,” said Auther. “It was a pleasure assisting property ownership in upgrading their tenant mix as well as bringing LA Fitness to the Cal State San Bernardino trade area.”
